Skippy Driver's web browser is slow, but You can fix it easily. The first step is to open up the "Windows Explorer" program, and navigate to your computer's "C:" drive. There should be a folder labeled "Windows" that contains two other folders called "SysWOW64" and ""System32." Open up the SysWOW64 folder, then find binkw32.dll file where all the other dll files are stored, copy it to your desktop or somewhere else on your hard drive. Now paste this dll file back into its original location in SysWOW64 folder by dragging binkw32. dll into the folder. If you are asked if you want to overwrite the file, click "yes" or "Yes". Now go back to your desktop where you copied binkw32.dll and right-click on it, select properties and uncheck the "Read-only" box.
